Darwin City

Darwin is located on the far north of the northern territory. It is the only state capital in Australia with a tropical climate making it a perfect gateway spot for travelers. There are many places you can visit in Darwin like the Stokes Hill Wharf, botanic gardens, the Chinese temple, the Museum and art gallery of Northern Territory, Darwin aviation museum, etc. Stokes Hill Wharf is the main wharf and main attraction of Darwin city. It is a multi-purpose harborside venue located from 5 minutes drive from Darwin city and it is a popular tourist spot. The George Brown Botanic Gardens is another famous tourist spot in Darwin. The garden is located just 2 kilometers north of Darwin city. The garden hosts the collection of Northern Australian monsoon flora, tropical orchids, heliconias, and other exotic plants. Another historical place you can visit is the Chinese temple or the Museum Chung Wah.
